DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Where is my order?
Once confirmed, your order will take 1-7 working days to reach you, depending on where you are. Your parcel can be tracked through your Christy Art Zimmer account, so keep an eye on its progress as it makes it way to you.

 

Where is my return?
Once you’ve posted your return back to us, we will send you an email to let you know as soon as it has arrived. Your refund or any exchanges you’ve asked for will then be specially arranged for you. Refunds will be made as soon as possible within 30 days, beginning with the date of receipt of the goods.

How do I know what size to choose?
If you’re struggling to find your perfect jewellery, don’t worry. Within each item you’ll find a size guide with a full description as well as a general colour guide for pearls. If you have any other questions relating to the measurement of a painting, style or material of a piece of jewellery, don’t hesitate to contact us via emails:info@christyartzimmer. We’ll be happy to advise you. Please note that all our necklaces are measured in centimeters (see size guide). Model size as reference: height: 170cm; weight: 58kg. Necklace size: Standard.

 

When will my favourite piece come back into stock?
We know how disappointing it can be to find out something you’ve kept your eyes on has sold out. We will send you a notification as soon as the item is back in stock, so keep your eyes on our website and your account.

I’m having trouble using your website. How can this be fixed?
If you’re having trouble viewing our website, we have a few helpful tips that should do the trick! The first is to clear the cache, which can be done through your browser's Internet options. The other is to make sure that you are using the most up to date browser available, or trying different browsers. We do hope this will help!
